Brooks

Babbling brooks and trickling streams,
The flurry of fresh water
Grazes jagged rocks.
Gentle breeze, fresh from pastures new,
Seeps through the branches, scattering leaves.
Heavy oak boughs sink
Upon the weight of laden leaves,
Whilst mossy stumps enclose the rocks
In shady patches beneath trees.
