Ravelled ribbon
Cotton clouds;
Shredded tissue,
Crepe and duchene
The fabric softens in
A glance of warmth
In hands.
Threaded tree string
Woven wool
Crinkled canvas
Tea stained sheets;
The inky patches blended
With age, veins of ink
Spreading, colliding
In streams.
